We will explain our current business and ordering policies on this page.

Shipping and Handling

We charge 11% Shipping and Handling on all orders and are delivered Federal Express Ground.  Preferred Customer Kits and International Business Packs DO NOT include Shipping and Sales Tax in posted price, also retail products DO NOT iclude them in posted price, they'll be calculated separately.  They normally take between 2 and 4 business days.  Orders placed after 2 pm are not likely to be shipped on the same day, so please allow 3 to 5 days. Orders will be shipped directly from Herbalife warehouse to assure freshness.

Retail orders come with a 30 day "no questions asked" refund policy. Just follow the directions below. Preferred Customer Club orders cannot be returned once the products have been opened.

If you are not completely satisfied with your (retail) purchase, simply return the unused products, along with your signed refund request and the retail receipt that was included with your products to:

Note: Refunds cannot be issued for products that are not returned or for empty bottles. The Preferred Customer Club Kits are non-refundable once products are opened.

Returns

All retail products (Preferred Customer Club orders cannot be returned once the products are opened) come with a 30 day, no risk, money back guarantee. Simply try our products and if you are not completely satisfied, just return them within 30 days along with a signed letter and the Retail Receipt Form that came with the package(see the "Product Guarantee" section of our web site). We will then refund your money...no questions asked.

Wholesale Club orders and International Business Packs (IBP's) cannot be returned once the products have been opened. If you have never tried our products before, we suggest you purchase them at retail so you will be able to return them if you are not completely satisfied.

If you are serious about losing weight, we strongly recommend that you call us once a week to report your progress. Any questions or problems can be addressed at that time and the appropriate adjustments can be made to your program.

Note: Wholesale & Distributor Kits cannot be returned once the products are opened. All return orders will be subject to a 11% Shipping & Handling fee.
